The Databases entry under the Catalogue menu on the left-side panel of the portal displays the list of all public databases. The viewing option is controlled through the use of the three representative icons on the upper right corner of the page.
By default, the database is saved as draft when the community owner concludes the creation process. This means the database cannot be publicly accessed as it requires validation from the community manager. The community manager will be notified via email. Once s/he validates the submitted draft database, it will be displayed to all community users through the DATABASES functionality.
In order to submit a database entry, community owners have to fill in the questionnaire displayed on the screen. This questionnaire is common to all databases and is designed so as to gather extrinsic information about the database that is being created.
Achilles results can be uploaded through the EHDEN Database Catalogue using the dashboards plugin but can also be directly uploaded in the tool.
